John A. Nader is an associate with the law firm of Katz &
Stone, L.L.P., where he specializes in the representation of
owners, contractors and sureties in construction-related
disputes. He has co-authored articles including "Building
a Case: Methods of Calculating Lost Productivity Damages" for the
Journal of Construction Accounting & Taxation.
John received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy
from the University of Virginia in 2002 and his Juris Doctor
degree from Catholic University in 2006. During law school,
John received a law school merit scholarship and competed in
several moot court trial and appellate competitions.
John is a member of the Bars of the District of Columbia, Maryland
and Virginia. Additionally, John is admitted to practice before the
U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia.
