Owen S. Walker is an associate with the law firm of Katz and Stone, L.L.P., where he specializes in representing owners, contractors and subcontractors involved in construction disputes. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2001 and his Juris Doctor degree from the American University Washington College of Law in 2007.

During law school, Owen served as a law clerk for the Legal Affairs Department of the National Association of Home Builders, participated in Washington College of Law’s Civil Practice Clinic, and served as a Dean’s Fellow for the Community and Economic Development Law Clinic.

Owen is a member of the Virginia Bar.
